TBD E 0761 Rd, Stilwell, Oklahoma, 74960
Baron Fork Ranch sits on 520 acres in Adair County between Stilwell and Westville off of Hwy 59. The Baron Fork Ranch has the Baron Fork Creek running over a mile through the property. Baron Fork Creek is one of the most scenic rivers in all of Oklahoma. Baron Fork Creek has some of the clearest water you can find.
The ranch is perimeter fenced and is about 60% open and according to the owner the property will hold between 60 and 75 momma cows. The owner also states that the property produced over 1500 round bales last year in 3 cuttings. There is a 60'X120' free span barn with a 16' lean-to that runs the side of the barn, and working pens on the northeast side of the barn, two chicken houses that have been partially torn down and used for storage, and an additional small building across the creek in the main pasture.
The Baron Fork Ranch has some of the finest deer hunting in all of Oklahoma. The genetics of the deer on this property produces some true trophy animals. One of the bucks harvested on the ranch three years ago was thought to be the largest deer ever harvested in Oklahoma. Although it was not the largest buck ever harvested as you will see in the pictures it truly is a trophy buck. Great fishing in the creek as well as the opportunity to canoe and kayak some tremendous scenery.
The ranch is located 2 miles off of Hwy 59 and 7 miles to Hwy 62. The ranch is 39 miles to Fayetteville AR, 86 miles to Tulsa, OK, 160 miles to Oklahoma City, OK, and 223 miles to Dallas, TX.
